About

MassChallenge is a startup accelerator organisation that runs fintech programming under its Global Financial Systems challenge area. Since 2009 it has supported more than 5,000 startups across five challenge areas: healthcare and life sciences, security and resiliency, sustainable food systems, climate, and global financial systems. Its fintech programmes offer technical insight, compliance expertise and partner-driven pilots, connecting founders with banks, insurers, payment networks and regulators. Programmes listed on its homepage include the SMU Cox FinTech Accelerator, a hybrid programme with three immersive experiences in Dallas, Texas, and a MassMutual challenge whose 2027 challenge statements include fraud prevention and keeping pace with regulation and risk. MassChallenge has US offices in Boston and Dallas and international offices in Israel, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
