About

The Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) is a national organisation for US community banks, with a stated mission to create and promote an environment where community banks flourish. Its work includes advocacy, through policy positions, letters and testimony and the ICBA PAC, and education, through online courses, certifications, seminars and the ICBA Bank Director Program. Its innovation programmes include the ICBA ThinkTECH Accelerator, and it runs a corporate membership programme and a solutions directory of product and solution providers for community banks. ICBA's brands include ICBA Payments, TCM Bank, ICBA CRA Solutions and ICBA Securities. It runs events including ICBA LIVE and Capital Summit and publishes Independent Banker magazine.
