About
Asociación FinTech México is an association, founded in 2015, that groups fintech companies to develop the industry in Mexico and Latin America. Its work is organised through vice-presidencies covering areas such as Instituciones de Tecnología Financiera (ITFs), digital assets, payments, open finance, anti-money laundering, cybersecurity, SME financing, regulation and artificial intelligence, with working groups on SPEI, digital identity and fraud. It runs the FinTech México Festival, FTMX Week and the FinTech Academy, and publishes the Reporte FinTech 2026. Its board is chaired by Felipe Vallejo and its team is led by director general Claudia Núñez Sañudo.
