Cygnetise is a London-based technology company whose application digitises the management of authorised signatories, bank mandates and trader lists. Launched in 2016, the application is built on distributed ledger technology (DLT) and lets organisations add, update and revoke signatory rights and share lists in real time with banks, counterparties and colleagues. It keeps a full audit trail of changes, so past signatory lists can be recreated, and it supports custom data fields, supporting documents and bulk onboarding. Its main use cases are company secretariat, corporate treasury and authorised trader compliance under MiFID II, and the customers featured on its site include Evelyn Partners. The company is led by its founder and CEO, Steve Pomfret.
