Australian Payments Plus (AP+) operates Australia's domestic payments and identity infrastructure, including the BPAY, eftpos and New Payments Platform (NPP) schemes. It connects banks, financial institutions, retailers, businesses, government agencies and fintechs, and its services also include Osko, PayID, PayTo, Confirmation of Payee and the ConnectID digital identity service. AP+ is member-owned, with members including domestic and international banks, merchants, payment service providers and payment processors. Its board has 13 directors: four independent directors including the chair, four representing the major banks, two representing other ADI shareholders and three from non-ADI shareholders. AP+ publishes an industry roadmap of regulatory requirements, milestones and planned activities, which is updated annually.
