About
FinTech Collective is a New York venture capital firm that invests in early-stage fintech companies. It was founded in 2012 by partners who had started working together as early operators in a fintech startup, and it prefers to invest early, often as the first institutional investor. Portfolio companies featured on its site include Vestwell, Simetrik, Mondu, Flutterwave and Anyfin. In 2025 it took over management and operational oversight of Upfin, a Nordic fintech-focused manager, in partnership with EIFO, Velliv and Finansforbundet, and it has offices in New York and London.
