About
UOB FinLab, established in 2015, is the strategic community enabler of UOB, focused on building the capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises in artificial intelligence, digitalisation and sustainability. It has a regional presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam, and states it has built a network of more than 33,000 SMEs across ASEAN. Its programmes include the AI Ready Programme, the Sustainability Innovation Programme, The Greentech Accelerator, the Women in Business Programme and the Start Smart Programme. UOB was appointed a SkillsFuture Queen Bee by SkillsFuture Singapore in 2025 and supports SME transformation under that appointment through the UOB SME Elevate Programme. The FinLab team is led by its Head, Shannon Lung.
