The FinTech Association of Hong Kong (FTAHK) is an independent, not-for-profit association that represents Hong Kong's fintech ecosystem locally and internationally. It is led by a volunteer group of board members and committee co-chairs, and its members range from start-ups and individuals to global financial service providers. Its stated missions are to advocate for proportionate and effective regulation while attracting investment and talent to Hong Kong fintech, to identify partnership opportunities, and to provide education through workshops and training. Its committees cover artificial intelligence, blockchain and digital assets, digital banking and payments, RegTech, sustainability and green fintech, wealth, InvestTech and InsurTech, and quantum computing and cybersecurity. The association also runs events, a FinTech Masterclass series, publications and a member directory, and works with government and regulators to advocate for global standards in the fintech ecosystem.
