About

The European FinTech Association (EFA) is a Brussels-based non-profit association that represents fintech companies of all sizes across the European Union. Its mandate is to foster cooperation and dialogue between fintech companies with cross-border activities, to speak with one voice for the sector and to represent members' interests at policy level, particularly with the EU institutions and other European regulatory bodies. It also acts as a forum for education, information sharing and networking between companies, policymakers and the public. EFA publishes position papers and factsheets on EU legislation, including the anti-money laundering package and artificial intelligence, and is listed on the EU Transparency Register.
