Discover Global Network is the payments network made up of Discover Network, Diners Club International and PULSE. Capital One completed its acquisition of Discover Financial Services in May 2025, and the network's president, Jason Hanson, now sits on the Capital One Executive Committee. The network reports more than 439 million cards and acceptance in more than 185 countries and territories, and PULSE manages the global ATM network for Discover Network and Diners Club International. Discover Network also has more than 30 network alliances with other networks, issuers and payments organisations, including BC Card in South Korea and EVERTEC's ATH network in Puerto Rico. For fintechs it works with BIN sponsors, processors and programme managers on prepaid programmes, payments-as-a-service, instant funds, cardless payments and integrated B2B payments, and the fintech partners named on its site include Wellthi, Finexio and Mystifly.
