Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan is a Canadian defined benefit pension plan that invests to fund the pensions of 346,000 teachers across Ontario. It reports C$303.2 billion in net assets as at 30 June 2026 and has offices in Toronto, London, Singapore, Mumbai, New York, Dallas and San Francisco. Its Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG) team invests directly in late-stage technology companies, from Series B onward, across North America, Europe and Asia. TVG's initial direct investments typically range from $50 million to $250 million; it prefers to lead rounds and also makes selective commitments to external venture capital and growth equity funds. TVG reports net investments of $15 billion as of 31 December 2025 and is led by Olivia Steedman, Executive Managing Director.
