Broadhaven Ventures is the early-stage investment arm of Broadhaven Capital Partners, a merchant bank that advises and invests in financial services companies. It focuses on companies at the intersection of financial services and technology, investing primarily in Seed and Series A rounds while reserving the ability to join follow-on rounds. The team draws on the parent firm's advisory work to help portfolio companies with sector dynamics, partnerships with large institutions, acquisition-related growth opportunities, further fundraising and choosing an exit. Broadhaven Capital Partners lists offices in New York and Chicago, and its broker-dealer subsidiary, Broadhaven Securities, LLC, is a member of FINRA and SIPC. The venture team includes co-founder and General Partner Michael Sidgmore and General Partner Greg DePetris.
