Allstate Strategic Ventures (ASV) is the corporate venture arm of Allstate, investing in companies whose technologies are relevant to the insurance industry and adjacent sectors. Founded in 2015, it invests $1M to $10M from seed to pre-IPO stage in companies in the US, Canada and Europe. It runs three funds: Fund I targets Series A and later companies with strategic value to Allstate and aims for commercial engagement within 18 months, Fund II invests from seed with a mix of financial return and strategic alignment, and Fund III follows emerging global trends in technology and insurance.
