Zu'bi & Partners, Attorneys & Legal Consultants, is a Bahraini law firm with offices in Manama and Dubai. The firm traces its roots to 1921, when advocate Sharif Ali Zu'bi began practising law, and took its current form in 2012 through the merger of Hatim S. Zu'bi & Partners (founded in 1971) and Qays H. Zu'bi Attorneys & Legal Consultants (founded in 2001). It is headed by Chairman Qays H. Zu'bi, with Hatim Qays Zu'bi as managing partner. Its services include banking and finance, asset finance, project finance, capital markets, financial restructuring and insolvency, data privacy, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation and arbitration, across sectors including insurance, investment funds and technology. The firm acts for corporate clients, government and quasi-government bodies and high-net-worth individuals.
