Wallester is a Tallinn-based card-issuing and payments technology company, an official Visa Principal Member licensed by the Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finantsinspektsioon). It offers a white-label platform, available in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, for businesses to launch multi-currency IBAN accounts, branded Visa debit, credit, prepaid and virtual cards and a white-label mobile app through a single API. It also provides business accounts with cards and expense management for companies and freelancers. The company develops its card-issuing technology in-house, is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, and lists offices in Tallinn, Cannes and Riga.
