Valify is an Egyptian regtech company that provides digital identity verification and eKYC services. Founded in 2018 to introduce e-KYC to Egypt, it offers e-KYC customer onboarding, e-KYB business verification using OCR on tax ID and commercial register documents, biometric authentication, sanction screening and digital contracts, the last of which the site describes as in a beta phase. Its supporting services include OTP generation, National ID transliteration and a Root of Trust service that verifies Egyptian National IDs against the National Registry. Its tools are delivered via API and SDK, with on-premises, private-cloud or secure-server deployment, for sectors including banking and finance, fintech, ride hailing, logistics, e-commerce, telecoms and government. The company is led by co-founders Omar Abdelwahed (CEO) and Ibrahim Eid (COO).
