Trust Stamp is an AI and biometric identity company that provides governments, enterprises and NGOs with tools to secure digital transactions while protecting user privacy. It was founded in 2016 by Gareth Genner, now chief executive officer, and Andrew Gowasack, and its common stock trades on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker IDAI. Its products cover identity verification, age estimation and verification, and biometric authentication for login, transaction approval and account recovery, built on its IT² technology, which converts a selfie into an irreversible token and discards the biometric template. Its low-code Orchestration Platform is used by Neural Payments to add identity verification and selfie-based payment approval. Trust Stamp is headquartered in Atlanta, with offices in Malta, Rwanda, Copenhagen and Tokyo and two UK subsidiaries, Biometric Innovations Ltd and Lexverify Ltd.
