Tawjih AI is an AI product recommendation platform for retail and corporate banking teams in the GCC and wider MENA region. The platform connects to a bank's core banking system by API, scores every customer daily on transaction and behavioural data, and gives up to three ranked product suggestions per customer across credit, savings, insurance and investments, each with a probability score and an explanation. Branch managers and relationship officers use it to see which customers to contact and which products to offer, and accepted or rejected recommendations are used to retrain the model. Other tools cover portfolio health scoring, dormancy alerts, customer segmentation, conversion and revenue tracking, and CSV reporting, and the interface supports Arabic, English, French, Urdu and Hindi. It lists offices in Dubai (DIFC) and Riyadh (King Abdullah Financial District). Pricing is custom-quoted after a demo call, and the product is not sold as self-serve software.
