PULSE is a US debit and ATM network that works with issuers, ATM acquirers and merchants, with a focus on community banks and credit unions. It offers the PULSE Payments Network, the PULSE ATM Network, Discover Debit, debit processing and gateways, fraud detection and risk mitigation, and partner support services. PULSE also powers the US and global ATM network for Discover, Diners Club International and Discover Debit, so domestic and international credit and debit cards are accepted at its ATMs. Its site states that it has operated for more than 45 years and highlights capabilities including API access, disputes processing, contactless solutions and tokenisation.
