Nexi is a European payments company headquartered in Milan. The group took its current form on 1 January 2022, when Nexi, Nets and SIA came together as Nexi Group. It provides in-store, e-commerce and remote payment acceptance for merchants, card issuing, ATM, open banking and digital corporate banking services for banks and financial institutions, and solutions for central banks, automated clearing houses and capital markets. It also offers multi-channel payment services for the public sector and payment cards and mobile payments for consumers. For FY 2025 it reports a group headcount of around 9,600, operations in more than 25 countries and more than 60 offices in Europe.
