Founded in 1912 and headquartered in London, it reports more than 1,000 advisers across 11 UK locations and is a member of the HLB global advisory and accounting network. Its financial services clients include mortgage and insurance brokers, investment businesses, consumer credit firms, P2P lending and crowdfunding platforms, asset managers and alternative investment schemes. The team carries out CASS audits for investment and insurance firms (CASS 5, 6 and 7) alongside statutory audits, VAT advice and help with regulatory filings such as RegData submissions.
