Mallesons is an independent, full-service Australian law firm with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra, and in Singapore. Its history dates to 1832, when Mallesons Stephen Jaques originated in Western Australia. It combined with China's King & Wood in 2012 to form King & Wood Mallesons, and after that network concluded in 2026 it began operating independently under the Mallesons name. The firm has more than 190 partners and over 1,100 lawyers, and works with independent firms in other markets on cross-border matters.
