Infinant is a Charlotte, North Carolina-based technology company that provides banks with a platform for embedded finance, payments and digital banking. Its Interlace platform runs accounts, payments and cards on a single platform under bank control, acting as a layer on top of a bank's existing core rather than replacing it. Its solutions include virtual account management, embedded finance for partners, a payments engine covering ACH, wires, real-time payments and stablecoin, digital channels, support for tokenised deposits and stablecoins alongside fiat accounts, and a 'digital twin' bank ledger that mirrors partner programmes for regulatory compliance. It also gives brands, fintechs and entrepreneurs access to an API-enabled banking platform with a direct relationship with its partner banks. The company was founded by CEO Riaz Syed, and its board includes John Philpott, general partner at FINTOP Capital.
