HPS (Hightech Payment Systems) is a payments software company whose PowerCARD suite is used by card issuers, acquirers and processors. Established in 1995, it provides solutions for issuers, acquirers, card processors, independent sales organisations (ISOs), retailers, and national and regional switches. PowerCARD covers the payment value chain through modules including PowerCARD-Issuer, PowerCARD-Acquirer, PowerCARD-Switch, PowerCARD-ATM, PowerCARD-Fraud, PowerCARD-Wallet and PowerCARD-Tokenisation, and HPS states that it is used by more than 500 institutions in over 100 countries. The company has offices in Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. HPS shares are listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, and the company publishes its financial reports on its investor relations pages.
