Duco is a software company that automates data processing, reconciliation and exception management for financial services operations teams. Founded by computer science and capital markets specialists, it built a cloud-native, no-code reconciliation platform and now pairs rule-based execution with agentic AI, where AI-proposed changes become rules only after human approval. In 2024 it acquired intelligent document processing company Metamaze, extending its automation to enterprise data regardless of source or structure.
