Buzzacott is an independent accountancy and advisory firm based in the City of London, providing audit and assurance, business services, tax and advisory work to businesses, individuals and not-for-profits. It dates from 1919, when Fred Buzzacott set up the practice on Fleet Street. It now operates from 130 Wood Street in London and also has a presence in Hong Kong and the UAE. Its financial services team works with FCA-regulated firms on prudential regulatory reporting such as ICARA and wind-down planning, statutory and CASS audits, outsourced accounting, and specialist tax including transfer pricing and carried interest. Further services include IFRS and UK GAAP reporting, payroll, company secretarial support, and internal audit and SOC reporting, and the firm is a member of PrimeGlobal, an association of independent accounting and advisory firms covering 100 countries.
