Buddle Findlay is a New Zealand commercial law firm with offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. The firm traces its history back more than 130 years and in its current form dates from a 1982 merger of two Wellington firms, adding an Auckland office in 1986 and a Christchurch office in 1989. Its financial services team acts for New Zealand and offshore banks, financial service providers, regulators, fintech businesses and corporates, with particular work in payment systems such as mobile payments, domestic debit, credit card interchange, payment gateways and merchant acquiring.
