Broadhaven is an independent merchant bank that advises and invests in financial services companies, with offices in New York and Chicago. Its advisory business provides M&A, divestiture, private capital raising, fairness opinion and corporate finance advice, and the firm states it has advised on more than $100 billion in announced transactions since 2010. Its investment arm, Broadhaven Ventures, backs early-stage companies at the intersection of financial services and technology, primarily in Seed and Series A rounds, and reserves the ability to take part in follow-on rounds.
