Blockchain Association is a nonprofit membership organisation that advocates for a pro-innovation policy environment for the crypto and digital asset industry in the United States. Founded in 2018, it is registered as a 501(c)(6) in Washington, DC, and says it has more than 100 members, including investors, companies and projects in the sector. It works to educate policymakers, regulators and the courts about blockchain technology and supports legislative and regulatory frameworks that set clear rules for digital assets. The association also runs a members-only Policy Summit featuring policymakers, regulators and industry leaders, held in Washington, DC, in December 2026.
