Baringa

About

Baringa is a management consultancy founded in the UK in 2000 and now a global partnership with hubs across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. Its financial services practice works across banking and markets, insurance, pensions and wealth management on platform modernisation, data and AI, risk and regulation, operations and the transition to a greener economy. Published client work includes a payments migration for a UK retail bank and helping a digital bank strengthen its operations as it scaled. Beyond financial services, it works in energy and resources, government, consumer and retail, life sciences, manufacturing, and technology, media and telecoms. The firm states that each partner leads a team of no more than nine consultants.
