Vistara Growth provides growth capital to mid- to later-stage technology companies across North America, using growth debt, growth equity or a combination of the two. Its growth debt offering includes committed term debt facilities of up to five years and non-amortising, interest-only payment-in-kind (PIK) structures, and it can also make minority growth equity investments. Founder Randy Garg started the firm in 2015, and it has offices in Vancouver and Toronto. In August 2026 Beedie Capital acquired a 50% ownership interest in Vistara Growth and will serve as anchor investor in the planned Vistara Growth Structured Opportunities Fund, which has a US$500 million target.
