Victory Park Capital (VPC) is a Chicago-headquartered global alternative asset manager that specialises in private asset-backed credit. Founded in 2007, it invests in emerging and established companies, focusing on those unable to secure traditional funding, and also invests in legal credit. Through its affiliate Triumph Capital Markets it offers structured financing and capital markets solutions, serving non-bank financial institutions and asset managers in specialty finance and specialty real estate. VPC has been a majority-owned affiliate of Janus Henderson Group since 2024, has offices in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles, and is the investment manager for VPC Specialty Lending PLC. It reports more than $12 billion invested across approximately 260 investments since inception and is registered as an investment adviser with the US SEC.
