TDM Growth Partners is an Australian growth investor that takes long-term, concentrated positions in late-stage private and listed companies, an approach it calls Ownership Investing. It limits its portfolio to no more than 15 companies and invests $75 million to $300 million per company, targeting businesses that can grow organically at more than 20% a year; in private markets it looks for companies with more than $50 million in revenue that are scaling towards a public listing. It can also invest in listed companies at IPO as a cornerstone investor, uses an evergreen capital structure and has only ever held minority stakes. Companies named in its past and present portfolio include Block, Rokt, Culture Amp, Guzman y Gomez, Pet Circle and Ellie Mae, with current holdings operating across Australia, North America, Europe and Asia. TDM has offices in Sydney and New York.
