SBI Holdings is the Tokyo-based holding company of the SBI Group, a Japanese financial services group. Established on 8 July 1999, it controls and manages the group's companies through share ownership from its head office in Roppongi, Tokyo, with Yoshitaka Kitao as Representative Director, Chairman, President and CEO. The group organises its activities into five businesses: Financial Services, PE Investment, Asset Management, Crypto-asset and Next Gen. Its financial services cover online securities, banking and insurance, and its investment activities include venture capital and overseas investment businesses. In October 2026 it announced an investment in PhotonPay, a Hong Kong-based provider of stablecoin payment infrastructure.
