Founded in 2018, it backs founders from the first check through to public markets and lists more than 130 investments. Companies named among its investments include Coinbase, Stripe, Uniswap, Kalshi and Hyperliquid. Alongside investing, the firm publishes research, builds software, much of it open source, and runs the Paradigm Fellowship. It is led by co-founder and managing partner Matt Huang and managing partner Alana Palmedo, with offices in San Francisco, New York and Washington DC.
