Greylock is a venture capital firm that has worked with entrepreneurs for more than five decades, with most of its investments going to founders creating their first company. Each partner makes one or two new investments a year, and the firm helps companies with recruiting, customer engagement and go-to-market team building from concept to IPO. It runs Greylock Edge, a three-month company-building programme for pre-idea, pre-seed and seed founders, with flexible financing terms and more than $1M in infrastructure and AI credits. Companies it names as early partners include Airbnb, Coinbase, Discord, Figma, Meta, Okta, Palo Alto Networks and Workday. In fintech, its portfolio includes Ramp, which it first partnered with at Series D.
