Frst is a Paris-based pre-seed and seed venture capital firm that invests at day one, often before a company has been incorporated. It was launched in 2019 by co-founders and partners Pierre Entremont and Bruno Raillard, who had been investing together at seed stage since 2015. The firm says it makes most of its decisions within two meetings and 48 hours, and it is currently investing from its third fund, Frst 3, which raised $100m in 2023. Frst Capital has offices in Paris and San Francisco and is a management company accredited by the French AMF.
