Truv is an open finance platform that gives financial institutions direct access to consumer-permissioned financial data for real-time income, employment and asset verification. Founded in 2020, it is used across mortgage lending, consumer and auto lending, tenant screening, background screening and retail banking, and is approved by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Truv is joining background-check firm Checkr.
