Groundfloor gives everyday investors access to private-market assets, starting with short-term real-estate-backed loans and notes and extending to consumer credit, music royalties, private equity and pre-IPO stock. Some offerings are open to all investors and others are limited to accredited investors. Since 2013 it has facilitated more than 2.2 billion dollars in investments for over 300,000 investors.
